Trip to York

I went off to York yesterday to see Andy Secker, who's up for a conference of some sort. We went up to Heslington and visited The Deramore Arms and The Charles XII. Then we got lost on the way to the station.

Speaking of which, there is a very long gap between when the last sensible train leaves for Leeds (I think 23:13) and when the very absolute last train leaves (00:55) which is the one I got. Here's a picture of York train station in the early hours:

I think Andy got some better pictures with his fancy-pants Canon camera, which can do nice long exposure stuff.

Just took the annual web design survey that AListApart do. I don't realy consider myself to be a web designer, but I have been doing a lot of HTML and CSS lately.
