New swanky flat

As usual I left flat-hunting till the last minute, but I've found somewhere that I think I'll be happy with. It's a little more out of the way than where I am now, but that doesn't really matter, and it's quite close to some nice countryside. I could see actual trees and sheep and stuff from the windows.

Also, it's a bit more expensive than where I currently live, but it's not a ‘studio flat’ (large bed-sit), but a proper self-contained flat with a separate bedroom. And it's a hell of a lot more modern and swanky than my current abode. I got a few snaps while I was looking at it:

Attic bedroom with window in ceiling and bed.
Kitchen/living room with nice wood floor and, again, a sloped ceiling with a window in it.

My only minor nitpicks are the small amount of freezer space and the large number of steps I have to go up to get to the flat, but I think I can live with both of these.

Now I just have to sort out the paper work and figure out how to move in.

Just took the annual web design survey that AListApart do. I don't realy consider myself to be a web designer, but I have been doing a lot of HTML and CSS lately.

Strange, there appears to be a bare-knuckle boxing match going on in the field outside my flat. Wish they wouldn't make so much noise about it.
